Artist Merve Erfufan will be in conversation with editor and writer L. İpek Ulusoy Akgül who has contributed an essay to the exhibition booklet. The talk will trace the conceptual, psychological and philosophical references of Ertufan’s recent works that span multiple media. Speakers will focus on the concepts in the exhibition such as selfhood, along with the discrepancies in language and memory.
The talk will be online and held in Turkish. Waiting on a Scratch is on view at Depo until 15 January.
