Among the countless women who went to Berlin in the fall of 1964 to work at Telefunken were Mevhibe Çetin, Nuran Dirlikli, Aysel Göksu, and Sabahat Tezyel. In this conversation the participants, whose paths crossed at the workers’ dormitory at Stresemannstrasse 30, will discuss their migration stories, each rooted in very different reasons. Their lives in the dormitory rooms they shared for about a year and at the factory where they worked, as well as the migrant theater movement whose foundations were laid on Stresemannstrasse, will be discussed.

The event will be held in Turkish and registration is not required.
